If your package goes missing please contact us and let us know. This is out of our hands and you will have to contact USPS for further instructions. We know this is frustrating and we will help if we can.
We strive to send out orders within 1-4 weeks of ordering. Please note this does not include shipping times.
All items are are made to order.
All international orders are subject to customs fees. We are not responsible for reimbursing any orders that acquire a customs fee.
